How to Do Incline Dumbbell Press
- Set an adjustable bench to a 30–45 degree incline.
- Sit back with a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder level.
- Press the dumbbells up and slightly inward until arms are extended.
- Lower the weights slowly back to the starting position.
